Litzki Systems LLC is me. Alone, fully accountable, for every conversation, every analysis, every recommendation. That was a decision, and it has a story I rarely explain in full.
When people hear this, they think about scaling limits, bottlenecks, risk. Sometimes that's right. Mostly they're thinking about the wrong thing. Working solo is a design principle.
The Path to This Decision
Intensive care: a team, but every decision at the bedside rests with one person. When someone crashes, one person acts: immediately, directly, fully accountable.
Apple Cork: a corporation with millions of customers and clear processes. I learned what system consistency means, and how much coordination overhead arises when many people operate the same system.
NCsoft Brighton: project lead, EMEA. Coordination across time zones, languages, expectations. The more interfaces, the more noise.
Herrischried: nine months of silence. What's left when all redundancy falls away? Signal.
These four stations asked the same question, in different ways: what's actually necessary, and what's noise?
What Working Solo Demands
Working solo is the strictest model. The most demanding one there is.

The solo model follows ZWAP's logic: check every layer for signal. Whatever stays silent gets removed. Whatever poses as quality assurance but is really coordination noise gets removed. What's left carries fully, because I focus on it fully.
What This Means for Clients
Whoever works with me works with me. Every conversation. Every analysis. Every recommendation. That's a guarantee an agency can't structurally give, because the person who sells and the person who delivers are rarely the same person.
That has a price: my capacity is finite. I take on fewer projects than an agency. In exchange, the projects I take on deliver at a level that only happens when one person gives a problem full attention.
Full attention is the scarcest resource in consulting. Most models distribute it away.

The model behind Litzki Systems LLC follows the same logic as ZWAP: whatever stays silent gets removed. What's left carries fully. Overhead disguised as structure gets removed. Coordination noise that simulates quality gets removed.
SOVP, ZWAP, CERTavia: three protocols, one person, full personal accountability. That's the model. It has proven itself, because it corresponds to the truth.
